[Healthcare Labor Shortage Getting Worse ]

As we look to the future there is expected to be both a shortage of lower end wage healthcare workers and Primary Care Physicians. We are seeing this healthcare labor shortage; one, possibly due to burnout because of Covid-19; and second, that a lot of our PCPs are getting near to retirement age. Employers need to be communicating these trends to our employees, and communicate to them what the options they have now and in the ever changing future.
