Her industry experience includes the positions of Sales Representative with Great West Life, Manager of Sales Administration with Humana, as well as a prior agency roles as Operations Manager and Director of Group Department. Jo Ellen has resided in Memphis since 1984 and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Memphis.
